Personal details: Name, email address, telephone number, country and place of residence (for the municipal night register).
Reservation details: Dates of your stay, number of guests, payment information.
Payment details: General information regarding payments you make via Stripe Payments. Your credit card number and other payment details are processed by Stripe, not by me. We have no access to them.
Communication details: Communication we have with you via email.
2. Purpose of the data processing
We collect your data for the following purposes:
Processing and managing your reservation at Lodge Wildblick.
Providing relevant information for your stay (for example, entry instructions or house rules).
Processing payments via Stripe Payments.
Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax legislation).
3. Third parties and external programs
To provide our services, we use external programs and platforms that may process your data. The external parties we use are explained below:
Rental Calendar: I use this tool to manage the availability of Lodge Wildblick and keep track of reservations. Rental Calendar collects data about your booking, such as the dates of your stay and the contact information you enter when booking.
Stripe Payments: We process payments via Stripe. Your payment details are processed and stored directly via Stripe. Lodge Wildblick does not have access to your payment details (such as credit card information). Stripe follows its own privacy policy and is responsible for the processing of your data relating to payments.
4. Security of your data
We take the necessary measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. For example, we use 2-FA for the systems we use and do not have any staff or other persons with whom we work who have access to the systems.
5. Your rights
You have various rights regarding your personal data:
Right of access: You have the right to ask what data we have stored about you.
Right to correction: If your data is incorrect, you can ask us to correct it.
Right to erasure: You can request us to delete your data, provided there are no legal obligations that prevent us from doing so.
